1. License and access
Use of Motiten is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Motiten is provided for personal, non-commercial and lawful use.
2. Free access
Without a subscription, Motiten includes one complete adaptive workout per week. The paywall can be dismissed and never interrupts a workout already in progress.
3. Motiten+ subscriptions
Motiten+ unlocks a new adaptive ten-minute workout every day. Planned French prices are €3.99 per week, €12.99 per month and €59.99 per year. The annual plan includes a seven-day free trial when Apple confirms eligibility.
The price, currency, billing period and any trial displayed by the App Store at confirmation always control. Payment is charged to the Apple Account upon confirmation.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed and decided by Apple.
5. Health and safety
Motiten provides general fitness workouts and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Choose an appropriate level, follow the cues, use a safe space and stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness or unusual shortness of breath. Seek professional medical advice before starting when appropriate for your circumstances.
6. Availability and liability
No specific physical result is guaranteed. Motiten aims to provide a reliable service, but some features depend on iOS, the App Store, RevenueCat or device permissions. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Data and intellectual property
Motiten content, visuals, programs and marks are protected. You retain control of your local data and proofs. Their handling is described in the privacy policy.
